“I just took my foreign mini van there to be checked out because of some problems I had been having with it. This man is SO nice and really listens to you!! He checked my van out from top to bottom to try and figure the problem out! When he told me what was wrong he referred me to other places that could fix the problem and when I showed up to pick up my van, he had a printout of my warranty info from the KIA website. Turns out, the problem was still under warranty. What other mechanic would do that for a customer? He was just then nicest man. He even filled my fluids up and helped my vehicle to better until I can take it to the dealer to be fixed. I highly recommend this small town mechanic/tire service. He was referred to us by a friend who also loves their work! We will definitely be giving them our business from now on…”

“I just made an appointment with you to get my Toyota Mini-
I would title this “How Randy Made My Wife Happy” but people may take that the wrong way. Instead, let’s just call this: What the Dealer and three other Repair Shops could Not do, but Randy could.
We purchased our Toyota Sienna in 2006. We were very happy with the vehicle for the first three years. Then, we started to hear a clunking sound from the front of the car. It was driving my wife crazy. We took the car back to the dealer on at least three different occasions over about 18 months period of time. At first, they replaced the suspension bushings, but this did not solve the problem. By the third visit the dealer told us that everything was mechanically sound and that they did not know what to do. They said they could start to replace parts to see if it helped. Of course, at this point the car was out of warrantee and that cost would be on us. We took the car to several other garages and received the same answer. I have always heard from others that Sutton Tire was really good with front ends. So, we took the car to Sutton Tire. Randy took the car for a test drive, put it up on the rack and did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Randy told me that everything he could check did show to be sound but he suspected the right front strut as the culprit for the problem based on something he heard during his inspection. We had them replace the struts and the mounting bushings. Now…there is NO NOISE coming from the front of the van. My wife is ecstatic about the results and of course had to give me the “I told you there was something wrong with the car!” It took over 2 years to resolve the problem, but next time something goes wrong with one of our card, Sutton will be my first choice.”
